SAG - in Jentri's layman's terms

Apparently, from what I've been told by my credible production sources, we will not be able to have non-SAG actors on our film. Because this subject matter is simply confusing and can be complicated and frustrating for us all, especially actors I presume, I decided to tell you what I know.
